About

Over 33 years of outstanding service

The firm was established in 1976 in Lake Oswego, Oregon and still maintains its office in expanded space in the same location. We have worked in Vancouver, Washington since 1989. We opened the permanent Vancouver office in 1995. We have architectural licensing in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Nevada and Utah. We have also completed projects in Mexico, Canada, and Ireland.

We have been recognized as one of the top 25 architectural firms in the metropolitan area.

Our standard of service is punctuated by multiple projects for repeat clients. We have executed projects for over 20 years for several clients, have been involved in over 150 projects for one client, and have produced approximately $60 million of actual construction for another client.

The "Right" size to achieve client goals

We are large enough to provide the professional technical expertise required for projects. We are large enough to meet even the most aggressive timelines.

We are small enough to provide a partner who is actively involved in every phase of each project - a key to our success. We are small enough to provide the responsiveness inherent in consistently successful projects.

We maintain 25 to 30 professionals within our two offices. Staff shifts between offices as needed to adequately support project requirements.

Process is performance

Our policies and procedures have been developed, cultivated, tested and proven true. They are the guiding principles and strategies throughout each project. They provide a high degree of technical accuracy and coordination.

Our proactive approach is based on clear delineation of responsibilities and communication channels. It is a structured process from design through construction and move-in.

This has established ongoing client relationships, resulting in 90% of our work coming from repeat clients.

Good communication, established procedures, timely reactions and deep commitment make for a successful project. Upholding these principles has allowed us to keep Change Orders on projects to an average of 3%.
